摘　　要：在当代语言教学与测试领域,人们提倡对语言能力进行全面、多侧面、分等级的"能做"描述。这方面,欧洲语言能力等级共同量表(CEFR)堪称典范。本文以CEFR为例,讨论对语言能力水平(包括汉语能力水平)进行"能做"描述的原理与方案,具体讨论如何处理"能做"描述科学性和实用性的关系,如何对"能做"描述进行量表化处理并构造"能做"描述的框架并对参数进行描述等问题。In the field of current language teaching and testing,it is widely accepted to de-scribe language ability in a comprehensive,multi-faceted,and graded way,using the so-called Can-do statements.Taking Common European Framework of Reference for Languages（CEFR） as an example,this paper outlines the background of and approach to Can-do description of language ability,discusses in detail how to do the description theoretically and practically,how to scale the descriptors,and how to construct a framework for the description and describe its parameters.
