摘　　要：目的:探讨Shy-Drager综合征皮肤交感反应(SSR)和R-R间期变化率(RRIV)的特点,观察其自主神经系统损害情况,为Shy-Drager综合征早期自主神经电生理诊断提供客观依据。方法:测定15例正常人及12例Shy-Drager综合征患者的SSR及RRIV。结果:正常对照组全部可引出SSR,而Shy-Drager综合征患者中4例(33.3%)未引出SSR;Shy-Drager综合征患者四肢波幅差异与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.001),而潜伏期无显著意义(P>0.05);病程与潜伏期异常相关(P<0.05);两组RRIV各参数比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SSR和RRIV能为Shy-Drager综合征自主神经病变诊断提供客观依据。Objective To explore features of sympathetic skin response （SSR） and R-R interphase rate （RRIV） in Shy-Drager syndrome patients and to observe the damage of autonomic nervous system, which provides objective evidence for early diagnosis of autonomic nerve＇s electrophysiology of Shy-Drager syndrome. Methods SSR and RRIV were measured in 15 normal controls and 12 patients with Shy-Drager syndrome. Results SSR was induced in all normal controls. SSR was not induced in four patients （33.3%） with Shy-Drager syndrome. Compared with normal controls, the wave amplitude differences of four limbs in the Shy-Drager syndrome patients had statistical significance （P 〈 0.001）, but the latency between the two groups had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）. The course of disease was associated with abnormal latency （P 〈 0.05）. The parameters of RRIV between the two groups had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion SSR and RRIV could provide objective evidence for the early diagnosis of autonomic neuropathy in Shy-Drager syndrome.
