摘　　要：本文研究一类特殊的Heisenberg 3-李代数的结构.给出其内导子代数与导子代数的具体表示形式,并证明了两种同维数的Heisenberg3-李代数是不同构的.The paper concernes structures of a class of special Heisenberg 3-Lie algebras. It provides the concrete expression of the inner derivation algebra and the derivation algebra of Heisenberg 3-Lie algebras,and proves that the Heisenberg 3-Lie algebras which with the same dimension may not be isomorphic.
