摘 要:目的了解广西食管癌的死亡趋势及对居民健康的危害,为制定广西食管癌防治措施提供科学依据。方法对2004~2005年广西食管癌死亡回顾性调查资料进行统计分析,计算食管癌粗死亡率、标化死亡率、减寿数和减寿率等疾病危害分析指标。结果广西21世纪初食管癌的粗死亡率为4.17/10万(男性5.38/10万,女性2.84/10万),占恶性肿瘤死亡的3.53%,在恶性肿瘤死亡中排第6位;男、女性别比为1.9∶1,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);减寿人数为2175人年,减寿率为0.07‰。与20世纪70年代和90年代相比,食管癌粗死亡率呈上升,但标化死亡率则呈下降趋势。结论广西21世纪初食管癌的标化死亡率呈下降趋势,食管癌死亡对广西居民的危害程度男性高于女性。ObjectiveTo explore the mortality trend of esophageal carcinoma in Guangxi area and its health hazards to residents, then to provide scientific basis for preventing strategies.Methods The data of esophageal carcinoma in Guangxi from 2004 to 2005 were analyzed retrospectively. The hazard indicators such as crude mortality rates, standardized mortality rates, YPLL number and YPLL rate were calculated.ResultsThe crude mortality rate of esophageal carcinoma was 4.17/100 000 (5.38/100 000 in male and 2.84/100 000 in female), which accounted for 3.53% and ranked sixth of total malignant tumors in this area. The mortality ratio of male to female was 1.9:1, the difference was statistically significant. The number of YPLL was 2175 person-years, and the rate of YPLL was 0.07鈥? Comparing to 1970s and 1990s, the crude mortality rate increased but the standardized mortality rate showed a downward trend. ConclusionsDuring the early 21st century in Guangxi area, the standardized mortality of esophageal carcinoma shows a decreasing trend. The hazard of esophageal cancer to male is more serious than to female.
