手术前后非小细胞肺癌血清ABCG2表达水平的变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察非小细胞肺癌患者手术前后血清中ABCG2蛋白表达水平的变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法用ELISA法对60例非小细胞肺癌患者手术前、后及15例健康成人血清中ABCG2表达水平进行检测。结果非小细胞肺癌患者治疗前血清ABCG2表达水平明显高于健康成人组(P<0.05),其术后血清ABCG2的水平亦明显低于术前(P<0.05),但与健康成人差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);患者治疗前血清ABCG2的水平与各种临床病理特征无关,而术后血清ABCG2水平与肺癌临床分期有关。结论 ABCG2有望作为判断非小细胞肺癌疗效及预后的有效指标。ObjectiveTo observe the changes of serum ABCG2 level in patients with non-small cell lung cancer before and after operation,and then to explore its clinical significance.Methods Serum ABCG2 levels of 60 patients with non-small cell lung cancer before and after operation and 15 healthy adults were detected by ELISA.Results Serum ABCG2 level of patients with non-small cell lung cancer before operation was significantly higher than that of the healthy adults （P〈0.05）,while the serum ABCG2 level of these patients after operation was obviously lower than that of before operation （P〈0.05） but was not different from that of the healthy adults.The preoperative serum ABCG2 level was irrelevant to clinical features,while the postoperative serum ABCG2 level was related to stage of cancer.Conclusion Serum ABCG2 level might be used as an index to judge curative effect and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer.
