摘　　要：目的探讨哈尔滨地区汉族人群中偏头痛患者亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(m ethylenetetrahydrofolate reductase,MTHFR)基因C677T位点多态性与偏头痛的相关性。方法研究包括182例偏头痛患者(有先兆偏头痛43例,无先兆的偏头痛患者139例);健康对照103例。应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测MTHFRC677T基因型。采用2χ检验,t检验对实验结果进行统计分析。结果 (1)MTHFR基因型分布在病例组和对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);病例组与对照组间等位基因频率分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)偏头痛临床特征在野生型和突变型之间,在起病年龄、病程、头痛频率、头痛程度、有无先兆症状方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在疼痛持续时间、伴随症状方面比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究显示:(1)MTHFR基因C677T位点多态性可能与哈尔滨地区汉族人群偏头痛的发病无相关性。(2)在哈尔滨地区汉族人群偏头痛患者中,MTHFR基因突变型(CT、TT型)与起病年龄、病程、头痛频率、头痛程度、有无先兆症状无相关性,而与头痛发作持续时间、伴随症状可能具有相关性。Objective To investigate the relationships of the C677T polymorphisms of the methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase（MHTFR） gene in Chinese population with migraine. Methods A total of 43 migraine with aura（MA） patients, 139 migraine without aura（ MO）patients（ as disease controls）and 103 age-sex matched normotensive healthy controls were enrolled for our study. Genotype was detemlined by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis. Chi-square test and t-test were applied for the analysis of the results. Results No significant differences in genotype and allelic frequencies of MTHFR C677T polymorphism were found on comparing migraine patients with healthy controis （P 〉 0.05 ） ;MHTFR mutant genotype（ CT ＋ TT）showed significant association in attack time and accompanying symptoms （P 〈 0.05） but no significance in other features of migraineurs （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The polymorphisms of the MTHFR C677T gene were not significantly associated with migraine of Han nationality in Harbin China. MHTFR mutant genotype（CT ＋ Tr）showed significant association in attack time and accompanying symptoms but no significance in other features of migraineurs.
