摘  要:为了解野生毛葡萄两性花品种可溶性固形物含量及变化规律,以3年生野生毛葡萄两性花品种(建园苗木为组培苗)为试材,对其可溶性固形物含量进行初步调查,结果表明:"干"字整形的果穗上层果可溶性固形物含量显著高于下层果,平均高0.52%;大果穗与中果穗可溶性固形物含量均显著高于小果穗;二次结果果穗可溶性固形物、水溶性总糖(以葡萄糖计)和总酸(以酒石酸计)含量高于一次果。An investigation on the soluble solids content of the berries of bisexual flower variety of Vitis quinquangularis Rehd. in Guangxi have been carried out on the three-year-old seedling in vitro. The result showed that the soluble solid of berries growing at top layer of canopy was higher than that of berries growing on lower vines, and the average increase was 0.52%. The contents of soluble solids of berries of big and middle clusters were higher than those of small cluster. The second harvest cluster' s soluble solids, watersoluble total sugar (glucose tested), total acid (tartaric acid tested) in the same year were higher than those of the first harvest cluster.
