摘　　要：学生馆员在完善图书馆各项工作方面起着一定作用,加强对他们的管理、提高他们的水平和自身素质,让他们掌握一定的工作技能,能对周围的读者能够产生好的影响。学生馆员是从读者中来,又服务于读者,图书馆有了这一特殊的人力资源,能够提高图书馆的服务质量,促进图书馆的持续发展。Student librarians in the improvement of each work in the library may play a certain role. Strengthening their management , improving their level and their own quality, and letting them master certain work skills can be able to affaet the readers around them. Students librarians come from readers and serve for readers.Because of this particular human resourcesin the library, the librarians will improve the library＇s service quality and promote the library sustainable development.
