新形势下高校成人教育管理队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：成人教育管理队伍是高等学校一支重要的管理科研力量,其素质的高低将直接影响成人教育的教学质量和管理水平,各普通高校成人教育管理队伍整体素质已不适应当前新形势下成人教育事业发展的需要,存在明显不足。因此,必须充分认识到成人教育管理队伍的重要性,加强成人教育管理队伍建设,从而提升成人教育管理队伍整体素质。Higher adult education management team is an important strength of the management of scientific research,its quality will directly influence the quality of teaching adult education and management,the management of adult education has not suited to the current overall quality of adult education under the new situation development,there is obviously insufficient.Article points out that adult education must be fully aware of the importance of the management team,must strengthen the construction of adult education,management team,thereby enhancing the overall quality of adult education management team.
