湖北省武汉市肿瘤科护士主观幸福感的现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解肿瘤科护士的主观幸福感水平现状,为医院管理者对肿瘤科护士进行有效管理提供科学依据。方法采用总体幸福量表对武汉市6家三级甲等医院536名肿瘤科护士进行问卷调查研究。结果肿瘤科护士的总体幸福感量表的平均得分为78.48±13.69分,显著于高国内一般女性常模(P<0.01);平均得分排在后6位的题项所归属的因子是精力、忧郁或愉快的心境。结论武汉市肿瘤科护士的主观幸福感水平较好,并针对调查结果中反映出来的一些不乐观情况,为医院管理者提供一些有针对性的建议。Objective To investigate the subjective well-being level of oncology nurses, it may supply the scientific basis on the effective management of oncology nurses for the hospital managers. Methods The general subjective well-being scale was used to investigate 536 oncology nurses of the third grade class hospital in Wuhan. Results The average score of oncology nurses was obviously higher than that of the General female, which was 78.48 ± 13.69. The items of the average score in the bottom ten belong to some factors, such as energy, depression, pleasant state of mind. Conclusion The subjective well-being of oncology nurses is at a good level in Wuhan. Based on some of negative factors in the research, it may provide some suggestions for the hospital managers.
