320排动态容积CT脑血管4D DSA成像的初步讨论

摘　　要：目的：评价320排CT在脑血管4D DSA成像技术的初步应用。方法：应用东芝320排动态容积CT,对临床32例患者进行宽探测器平台下动态容积扫描,并对图像结果进行评价,与常规脑血管DSA造影（使用造影剂剂量24~36mL,检查时间10~20min）对比。结果：32例患者均一次成像获得满意效果,无阶段伪影,平均射线剂量ED为（5.46±0.63）mSv,低于文献报道常规DSA脑血管造影诊断剂量ED（10.01±6.85）mSv。结论：320排动态容积CT脑血管4DDSA成像图像质量高,检查时间缩短,320排冠状动脉成像的剂量远远低于常规脑血管DSA造影的剂量。Objective To evaluate the effect of 320 Slice CT to cerebral vascular 4D DSA imaging.Methods Through scanning the dynamic volume of 32 clinical patients with wide detection platform by TOSHIBA 320 Slice CT,the quality of the scanning images was evaluated and comparison between 320 Slice CT and conventional cerebral vascular DSA angiography（Dose of contrast medium：24~36ml,check time：10~20min） had been done.Results Good single-pass imaging results for 32 patients were obtained.Meanwhile,all images had no phase artifacts.The average radioactive dose ED was 10.01±6.85mSv by 320 Slice CT,which was much lower than ED 10.01±6.85mSv for DSA recorded in the documents.Conclusion The imaging of cerebral vascular 4DDSA by 320 Slice CT has high quality and the examination time is also shortened.Moreover,the dose of coronary angiography imaging by 320 Slice CT is much lower than by DSA.
