制糖工业企业能耗标准初议

摘　　要：简要介绍了已立项上报的国家强制性标准"糖单位产品能耗限额"和1992年甘蔗糖业实施部颁标准"QB/T 1310-1991综合能耗标准"内容,据此对2009/10年榨季全国甘蔗糖厂能耗数据进行统计及分类对比,就可能制定的制糖能耗国家标准对制糖企业的影响作一讨论。It was introduced in this paper the national mandatory standard of ＂Per Unit Energy Consumption of Sugar Product＂ that has been submited and the ministerial standard of ＂QB/T 1310-19911 comprehensive energy standard＂ issued in 1992 for the sugar industry. Statistical analysis, classification and comparison on the national energy consumption data in 2009/10 grinding season were conducted accordingly. The impact of the possible development of national energy consumption standards on sugar enterprises was discussed.
