摘　　要：目的研究凋亡调控基因hTERT mRNA在食管癌癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用RT-PCR检测52例食管癌组织、30例癌旁食管组织(距离肿瘤至少5 cm)和7例非食管癌黏膜组织中hTERT mRNA的表达情况。结果 hTERT mRNA在食管癌组织和癌旁食管组织中表达的阳性率明显高于非食管癌组织(P<0.05),食管癌组织中的表达阳性率与癌旁食管组织的表达阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);hTERT mRNA在食管癌组织中的表达与患者年龄、病理类型、分化程度、浸润程度、淋巴转移和临床分期无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 hTERT mRNA在食管癌组织中的表达可能是早期事件,检测hTERT mRNA的表达可能对食管癌的早期诊断及治疗具有指导意义。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of humace telomerase reverse transcriptase （hTERT） in esophageal cancer tissue. Methods Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR）was used to measure the expression of hTERT in 52 cases of in esophageal cancer tissue, 30 cases of tumor adjacent tissue and 7 cases of noncancerous esophageal Inucosa. Results Compared with noncancerous esophageal mucosa,the expressions of hTERTmRNA in esophageal cancer tissues and cancer adjacent tissue was significantly higher （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the expression of hTERTmRNA was no significant difference between esophageal cancer tissue and cancer adjacent tissues （P 〉 0.05） , and the hTERT expression was not correlated with patient g age, pathological types, tumor differentiation, invasion of depth tumors,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of hTERT may be the early events in esophageal cancer and the detection of this genes may be important for the early diagnosis and therapy of esophageal cancer.
