腹腔镜手术结合口服中成药治疗卵巢囊肿42例的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜结合口服桂枝茯苓胶囊、生化汤丸和开腹手术各自在卵巢囊肿治疗中的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析对比腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿手术结合口服桂枝茯苓胶囊、生化汤丸治疗和开腹手术治疗卵巢囊肿各42例的临床疗效。结果腹腔镜组手术时间与开腹手术组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),腹腔镜组术中出血量少于开腹手术组(P<0.05),腹腔镜组术后留置尿管时间、术后排气时间、术后住院时间均短于开腹组(P<0.05),腹腔镜组手术费用、麻醉费用和住院总费用均高于开腹组(P<0.05)。腹腔镜组术后康复效果良好。结论腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术适用于各种卵巢良性肿瘤,具有手术简单、手术创伤小、术后痛苦少、恢复快等优点,结合口服桂枝茯苓胶囊、生化汤丸,患者术后康复效果良好。Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic surgery combined wath oral guizhifuling capsule, and shenghuatang pills and open surgery in the treatment of ovarian cysts. Methods The clinical data of 42 patients with ovarian cyst received laparoscopic ovarian cyst surgery combined with oral guizhifuling capsule, and shenghuatang pills （laparoscopy group） and 42 patients with ovarian cyst received open surgery （open seagery group） were retrospectively analyzed. Results There was no significant statistical difference in the operative time between laparoscopy group and open surgery group （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; blood loss in laparoscopy group was less than that in open surgery group （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; postoperative remainiug catheter time, exhaust time, and postoperative hospital stay in laparoscopy group were shorter those in the open group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the surgery cost, anesthesia costs and hospital costs in laparoscopy group, were higher than those in open surgery group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Laparoscopy group had good results in postoperative rehabilitation of patients. Conclusion The laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy is suitable for a variety of benign ovarian tumors. It has the adrantages of less trauma, less postoperative pain, earlie recovery. Combined with oral guizhifuling capsule and, shenghuatang pills it has a good effect in postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
