摘 要:以100 m长钢轨采用换长1.5和1.3普通平车装载加固方案为例,建立长钢轨运输动力学仿真模型。对车组以不同速度侧向通过9号和12号道岔,以及通过半径为300 m曲线的工况进行动力学仿真计算。结果表明,车组的各项动力学指标均满足运输安全要求;各工况下动力学指标随着车辆运行速度的提高而增大,但脱轨系数最大值与速度关系不大;车组通过半径为300 m曲线时的动力学性能总体上优于侧向通过道岔时的动力学性能。实际运输线路试验结果表明:100 m长钢轨运输方案通过道岔和小半径曲线时满足运行安全要求;动力学指标与仿真计算结果吻合。100 m长钢轨运输方案已经在全路推广应用。The dynamic models for the transportation of long steel rails were established according to the loading and reinforcing schemes for 100 m long steel rail transported by flatcars whose underframes were 15.4 and 13 m in length. The dynamic simulation was carried out under various loading conditions, such as laterally passing No. 9 and No. 12 turnouts at different speed and passing the curve of 300 m radius. The results indicate that the dynamics indexes of the flatcar trainset meet the requirements for transportation safety. The dynamics indexes collected from various loading conditions increase with the speed. However, the maximum derailment coefficient has little to do with the transport speed. The dynamic performances of the trainset passing the curve of 300 m radius are better than laterally passing turnouts in general. The experimental results of the actual transportation route indicate that the scheme for the transportation of 100 m long steel rails meet the requirements for transportation safety at passing turnouts and small radius curves. The dynamics indexes obtained from the experiments agree well with the simulation results. The scheme for the transportation of 100 m long steel rails has been popularized to the whole railway system.
