摘　　要：馆际互借与文献传递是图书馆之间或图书馆与其他文献情报机构之间建立的协作关系,由于其在高校图书馆业务中不断增强的重要性,已有建立服务共享体系的必要。本文重点讨论了建立山西省高校馆际互借文献传递服务共享体系的必要性,以及其在网络和资源上的可行性,服务运行模式(统一的协调机构、先进技术的应用、统一的管理服务平台)以及服务趋势的发展和服务质量的提升,意在呼吁建立馆际互借文献传递服务共享体系的势在必行及其积极意义。The inter-library loan and the literature transmission are between the library or related activity that the library establish the cooperation relations with other literature intelligence.Because of its unceasingly growing importance in the university library service,building sharing system is necessary.This article discusses Shanxi Province university inter-library loan literature transmission service sharing system＇s necessity with emphasis,as well as its feasibility on network and resources,service pattern（unified synchronizing department,advanced technology application,unified supervisory service platform） and its development service tendency and service promotion.The author intends to the appeal for establishment necessity and active meaning of inter-library loan and literature transmission service sharing system.
