业主委员会工作的难题及对策研究——借鉴香港物业管理经验

摘　　要：城市住宅小区的和谐稳定关系到国计民生,是构建和谐社会的重要内容之一。我国目前的的业主委员会制度正处于实践探索的过程中,在住宅小区的物业管理中依然存在许多问题。通过分析和借鉴香港物业管理的成功经验,提出了业主委员会制度在立法以及政策的操作性和创新性等方面的措施。The harmony and stability of urban housing is vital to the national welfare and well-being,and the construction of harmonious society.The proprietor committee system in china at present just came into being,with a lot of problems in property management to be solved.Learning from the property management in Hong Kong,the proprietor committee system is proposed and corresponding regulations and policies are expected to be put into practice.
