深化宿迁市医疗卫生服务体制改革的思考

摘　　要：医疗卫生服务体制改革是老百姓普遍关注的焦点问题,也是一项最复杂、涉及面最广的民生改革。从分析宿迁市情入手,将公共卫生管理理论的思维和方法应用到医疗卫生服务体制改革领域,探索符合宿迁地方实际的医疗卫生服务体制改革办法,将新医改方案创造性地、因地制宜地实施到位,推动宿迁医疗卫生服务事业的快速发展,保障人民群众的身体健康和生命安全。Being the most complicated and wide-spreading,the system reform of mechanical and health service has been the concern of ordinary people.Through analyzing Suqian＇s particular situation,the idea and method of public health management are applied to the reform in medical and health service,and suitable reforming approaches for the local service are explored.To promote the rapid development of the local medical service and secure people＇s health and life safety,the new medical reform scheme is adopted to the point creatively and appropriately.
