和谐社会视域下的青年自组织发展

摘　　要：青年自组织的组织结构扁平化和无边界化,决定了它能够在社会管理领域发挥重要作用。但是,青年自组织的低水平发展以及其发展过程中的不可控因素,也可能使其成为和谐社会构建的"双刃剑"。所以,我们要以和谐理念去锻造青年自组织的和谐文化,以满足需求去增强青年自组织建设的实际效果,在价值重塑中提升青年自组织成员的思想内涵,使青年自组织的发展服务于和谐社会建设。The tendency of the youth＇s spontaneous organizations being wide and non-boundary in structure has made the organizations play important roles in social administration.However,due to the low leveled development of the youth＇s spontaneous organizations as well as some illimitable elements appearing in the course,the organizations may become ＂double-edged swords＂ to the construction of the harmonious society.Therefore,we should establish harmonious culture for the organizations with harmonious ideas and fulfill their demands,so as to strengthen the effect of their organizational construction.We should promote the youth＇s ideological connotation by re-establishing their values,so as to make the youth＇s spontaneous organizations develop and serve the construction of the harmonious society.
