基于标杆瞄准的石油企业安全文化建设方法研究

摘　　要：运用标杆瞄准的方法对石油企业安全文化建设进行全面的评价、分析,通过与标杆企业安全文化建设的对标及分析,找出石油企业安全文化建设与优秀企业安全文化建设之间的差距及其本身存在的问题和不足,从而制定改进计划并加以实施,由于标杆瞄准的持续改进性,所以能达到长期的、全面的改善石油企业安全文化建设的目的。Benchmarking method is applied to the all-round evaluation and analyses of safety culture construction in petroleum enterprises.Through the comparison with the safety culture construction of benchmarking enterprises and the further analyses,it is found out there are some differences in safety culture construction between excellent enterprises and petroleum enterprises,and there are also some problems and shortcoming in petroleum enterprises themselves.Therefore,it is necessary to set up improving plan and to conduct it.Because of the sustainable improvement of benchmarking,it is likely to reach the goal of improving the safety culture construction of oil enterprises for a long time and from all angles.
