摘  要:将故障树分析和模糊逻辑有机地结合起来,提出了一种基于故障树分析和模糊逻辑的矿井提升机制动系统故障诊断方法。在建立提升机制动系统失效故障树的基础上,运用模糊故障诊断理论进行计算分析,根据最大从属度原则进行故障诊断。实例表明,这种方法简单易行,方便可靠,为提升机制动系统故障诊断提供了一种新途径。Combining FTA (fault tree analysis) with fuzzy logic,an mine hoist braking system fault diagnosis technology based on FTA and fuzzy logic was put forward. On the basis of a fault tree of hoist braking system, calculation and analysis were carried out with fuzzy fault diagnosis theory, fault diagnosis was proceeded according to the principle of the most subordination degree.The practical example indicates that this method is simple,convenient and reliable and can be implemented easily. A new method for fault diagnosis of mine hoist braking system was provided.
