摘　　要：目前,我国学校变革正向整体转型发展,需要注意认识和把握四对基本关系:共性与个性、整体与局部、日常推进与关键事件以及外驱力与内动力问题。能否辩证地处理每一对关系,都关涉着我国学校变革的成效。本文主要分析了学校目前处理这四种关系存在的不足以及改善思路。Currently,China＇s school reform is heading towards integration period,which necessitates more insights of four fundamental relationships,i.e.generality and individuality,the whole and separate parts,everyday progress and key issues,as well as external and internal drives.Whether each pair of them can be dealt with dialectically bears great concern with the reform＇s efficiency,which renders this dissertation,whose content is mainly about the possible improvement of today＇s school reform,worthy.
