摘  要:目的研究大鼠脑缺血再灌注后,不同时点中前脑皮质、海马区热休克蛋白10(HSP10)的表达变化并探讨其在脑缺血再灌注后脑组织中可能的作用。方法采用夹闭双侧颈总动脉的方法制作大鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型,免疫组织化学检测模型组、对照组大鼠前脑皮质、海马HSP10的表达变化。结果脑缺血再灌注后,HSP10在前脑及海马区都有表达;表达于再灌注后6 h开始上调,3 d达到高峰,到7d仍有较高表达。结论大鼠脑缺血再灌注后前脑皮质、海马区HSP10表达上调。HSP10的上调可能是脑组织缺血后的一种自身保护性反应。Objective To investigate the expression of heat shock protein 10(HSP10) and its possible role in the rat anterior cortex and hippocampus following cerebral ischemia reperfusion(IR). Methods Cerebral IR models in the rats were established by clamping both common carotids.The changes of HSP10 expression in anterior cortex and hippocampus in model group and control group were detected by Immunohistochemistry. Results Expression of HSP10 was observed both in the rat anterior cortex and hippocampus following cerebral IR.Expression of HSP10 was significantly increased at 6 h and came to the highest level at the 3rd day following IR.There was still very high positive expression of HSP10 in the rat anterior cortex and hippocampus even at the 7th day following IR. Conclusions Expression of HSP10 is increased in the rat anterior cortex and hippocampus following cerebral IR,which may be a protective reaction to IR injury.
