摘  要:目的研究孕早期母体接受七氟醚吸入麻醉对SD大鼠子代学习记忆功能的影响。方法将30只孕5~7 d SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为七氟醚麻醉1组(S1组)、七氟醚麻醉2组(S2组)和对照组(C组),每组10只。S1组和S2组分别于孕5~7 d吸入1.8%七氟醚4、8 h,C组则给予相同流量的氧气。在子鼠出生后20、30 d用Morris水迷宫实验对各组子鼠学习记忆功能进行测定。结果出生后20、30 d,S1组和S2组子鼠逃避潜伏期、第二象限活动期和穿越平台次数与C组相比差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论在本实验条件下,孕早期母体接受1.8%七氟醚麻醉对SD大鼠子代的学习记忆功能无明显影响。Objective To study the effect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia during early pregnancy on the learning and memory function of offspring of Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats.Methods Thirty pregnant SD rats(5 to 7 days) were randomly divided into group 1(S1),group 2(S2) and group C(control group),with 10 rats in each group.The rats in S1 and S2 groups received 1.8% sevoflurane(2 L·min-1) oxygen for 4 hours and 8 hours,respectively,while those in control group received 2 L·min-1 oxygen only for 8 hours.The learning and memory function of the offspring was tested by Morris water maze test at postnatal day 20 and 30,respectively.Results There were no significant differences in escape latency,explore number and residence time in the second quadrant of the offspring among S1,S2 and control group(P0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia during early pregnancy has no significant effect on the learning and memory function of offspring of SD rats.
