摘　　要：目的探讨RASSF1-A基因和RASSF1-C基因在胃癌组织及细胞中的表达特点。方法采用http://www.ncbi.nl m.nih.gov/及DNAstar软件对80例胃癌(胃癌组)及相对应的癌旁组织(对照组)标本RASSF1-A基因和RASSF1-C基因进行生物信息学分析。采用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测2组组织及胃癌细胞系BGC-823、SGC-7901细胞中RASSF1-A mRNA、RASSF1-C mRNA相对表达量。结果经RT-PCR扩增后,RASSF1-C mRNA在肿瘤细胞系BGC-823、SGC-7901细胞中的相对表达量分别为0.62±0.07、0.66±0.08RASSF1-A mRNA在肿瘤细胞系BGC-823、SGC-7901细胞中的相对表达量分别为0.23±0.10、0.58±0.07,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RASSF1-A mRNA在对照组组织中相对表达量为0.81±0.07,显著高于胃癌组0.31±0.03,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RASSF1-C mRNA在胃癌组组织中相对表达量为0.87±0.04,对照组组织中相对表达量为0.84±0.03,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 RASSF1-A、RASSF1-C基因在胃癌组织中的表达下调。Objective To explore the expression of RASSF1-A,RASSF1-C gene in gastric cancer tissues and cells.Methods The http：//www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/ and DNAstar software of RASSF1-A,RASSF1-C gene of the analysis of biological information with gastric cancer（gastric cancer group） in 80 cases and corresponding adjacent tissue（control group） specimens.the relative expression of RASSF1-A mRNA,RASSF1-C mRNA in 2 group tissues and gastric cancer cell lines BCG-823,SGC-7901 cells were detected by semi-quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR）.Results After RT-PCR,The relative expression of RASSF1-C mRNA between BGC-823 and SGC-7901 were 0.62±0.07,0.66±0.08,But the relative expression of RASSF1-A mRNA were 0.23±0.10,0.58±0.07,There were significant differences（P0.05）.The relative expresstion of RASSF1-A mRNA in the control group was 0.81±0.07.It is higer than the relative expression in the gastric cancer group tissues 0.31±0.03（P0.05）.The relative expression of RASSF1-C mRNA in the gastric cancer group tissues was 0.87±0.04.The relative expression of RASSF1-C mRNA in the control group was 0.84±0.03.The difference between them is not significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The expression of RASSF1-A,RASSF1-C gene isoforms was down-regulated in gastric cancer tissues.
