“校中厂,厂中校”校企合作人才培养模式的探索和实践

摘　　要：我国高等职业技术教育以服务社会主义现代化建设和经济社会发展为目标,着力培养适应经济社会发展需要的高素质技能型专门人才。在高职院校的办学中,校企合作、工学结合是促进学校专业建设、课程建设、师资队伍建设、实训基地建设和提高人才培养质量的有效途径。本文就黄冈职业技术学院"校中厂,厂中校"校企合作的人才培养模式,从含义、措施、问题和人才培养四个方面来加以阐述和交流。With the aim of serving socialism modernization construction and economic social development,the higher vocational education in China should pay special attention to cultivate the high-quality skilled specialized talents to meet the needs of economic social development.In the schooling of vocational colleges,cooperation between universities and plants and work-integrated learning are effective ways to promote the school major construction,course construction,teaching staff construction,internship base construction and to improve the talent training quality.Focusing on the universities-plants cooperation talent training mode：＂plants in universities and universities in plants＂ in Huanggang Polytechnic College,the paper illustrates the idea from four aspects：connotation,measures,problems and talent training.
