摘 要:昆虫贮藏蛋白是幼虫血清蛋白的一种,与节肢动物的血蓝素具有很高的同源性。贮藏蛋白一般在昆虫幼虫末龄期的脂肪体中合成,然后释放到血淋巴中,在化蛹前被脂肪体摄取,并以颗粒状贮藏在脂肪体中。在隐成虫期,昆虫脂肪体内的贮藏蛋白逐渐被水解,为成虫的发育提供所需的氨基酸。近年来昆虫的贮藏蛋白特别是鳞翅目贮藏蛋白的cDNA和氨基酸序列相继被报道,从分子水平上揭示了贮藏蛋白的性别、时期、组织特异性。本文对昆虫体内的贮藏蛋白的种类和特征进行了总结,为今后人们研究昆虫的贮藏蛋白提供了良好的参考。The insect storage protein is one of the hemolymph proteins at the larval stage. They share high similarities with the arthropod hemocyanin. The insect storage proteins are synthesized in the fat-body of the last instar larvae and then released into the hemolymph. Shortly before pupation, they are taken up by the fat-body and stored in the granule form. At the pharate adult stage, the storage proteins are hydrolyzed to provide the necessary amino acids for adult development. In recent years, insect storage proteins, especially lepidopteran storage protein cDNA and amino acid sequences, have been reported, which show sex, period and tissue expression characteristics at the molecular level. A summary of the kinds and characteristics of insect storage proteins is given in this paper.
