摘　　要：目的总结高血压性小脑出血的神经内镜治疗经验。方法采用神经内镜及微创脑手术套管对15例高血压小脑出血病人行微创手术治疗,观察、分析手术疗效。结果手术失血量30～40 ml,平均血肿清除率为(92.9±4.3)%。术后家属放弃治疗死亡1例。术后随访14例,时间3个月,GOS评分:5分(恢复良好)7例,4分(轻度残疾)4例,3分(重度残疾)2例,2分(植物状态)1例。结论神经内镜高血压小脑出血微创手术是一种具有安全、微创、高效、快速、出血少等特点的高血压小脑出血微创手术方法。Objective To summarize therapeutic experience of hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage by neuroendoscope.Methods Clinical data of 15 patients with hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively.Minimally invasive surgery with endoscope cooperated by brain surgery cannula was performed in all the patients.Results Surgical bleeding was only from 30 ml to 40 ml,and the clearance rate reached（92.9±4.3）%.One patient died because of abandoning therapy.Fourteen patients were followed up for 3 months,the GOS scores was as follows： 5 scores（good recovery） in 7 cases,4（slight disability） in 4,3（severe disability） in 2 and 2（vegetative state） in 1.Conclusions Neuroendoscopic surgery is safe,minimally invasive and efficient with little bleeding for hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage.
