贺兰山东麓主栽葡萄品种病毒病鉴定及健康状况评价

摘　　要：对贺兰山东麓7个葡萄主产区的9个葡萄品种,共计52份样本进行葡萄病毒病的ELISA检测和健康状况分析。9个测试葡萄品种中,2个酿酒品种感染了葡萄卷叶病毒（GLRaV-3）,病毒感染率为22.22%;1个酿酒葡萄品种感染了葡萄扇叶病毒（GFLV）,病毒感染率为11.11%;1个鲜食葡萄品种感染了卷叶病毒（GLRaV-3）,病毒感染率为11.11%。在2个受测目标病毒中,GLRaV-3的发生和危害最为严重,其单个采样点的样本感染率为14.29%~50.00%;其次为GFLV,单个采样点的样本感染率为100.00%。蛇龙珠是贺兰山东麓携带GLRaV-3的主要葡萄品种,西拉是携带GFLV的主要葡萄品种。Fifty-two stem samples of 9 grape cultivars collected randomly from 7 major producing areas in Helan Mountain were tested and identified for their sanitary state by Double Antibody Sandwich Enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay（DAS-ELISA）.Among 9 grape cultivars,2 wine cultivars were found infected Grapevine leaf roll-associated virus type Ⅲ（GLRaV-3）,so the infection rate was 22.22%.Only 1 wine grape cultivar was infected by Grapevine fan leaf virus（GFLV）,so the infection rate was 11.11%.One table cultivar was infected by GLRaV-3,so the infection rate was 11.11%.Among 2 target viruses of type,GLRaV-3 was found most widely spread in the producing areas,its sample infection rate of single site ranged from 14.29%-50.00%,followed by GFLV from 100.00%.Cabernet Gernischt was the main cultivar infected by GLRaV-3 and Syrah was the main cultivar infected by GFLV in Helan Mountain.
