摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的不断提高,消费结构发生了质的变化,杂粮已成为健康饮食的重要组成部分。赤峰有杂粮生产悠久的历史和得天独厚的发展条件,是中国的重要的杂粮生产基地。因此,科学合理地利用雨、热自然资源条件,发展杂粮生产,对于调整赤峰的农业产业结构,发展农业产业优势,实现农业的产业化具有十分重要的作用。With the improvement of the people＇s living standard,the consumer structure changes dramaticly.The rain fed crops has become the important parts of the people＇s healthy diet.ChiFeng owes the long history and the special development condition of the rain fed crops,it is also the important rain fed crops production base.Therefore,scientifictly and reasonaly developing the rain fed crops production by the rain and heat has the very important effect for the adjusting the agriculture industry structure and the development of the agriculture industry superiority.
