摘  要:提取豆油后的大豆残渣(简称大豆油渣),用1—12%的碱溶液提取数次,油渣和碱溶液的比例(W/W)为1/10,混合物在50℃的温度下搅拌30分钟,减压过滤,合并几次滤液(滤渣保留待分析),用0.5N的HCl溶液中和,用饱和(NH_4)_2SO_4溶液沉淀,减压过滤,用无离子水洗沉淀几次,真空干燥,粉碎过筛,得到有香味的褐黄色的粉末状产物.得率23.54%;产物的蛋白质的平均含量为71.46%. 分别用IR,UV,HLC和电泳等现代技术对上述产物进行了分析鉴定. 本文还讨论了pH,温度,时间和“配比”等因素对提取效率的影响.In this paper, a new extraction method of the protein from oil residue is reported. The residue is extracted repeatively with l-12‰ of NaOH solution. The ratio of residue to alkali sonl. is 1:10(w/w). The mix. is agitated at pH 9.0 and 501) for 30 min. filtrated in vacuum, merged the filtrates and neutralized with 0.5N Hcl sonl., then precipited by adding saturated of ammoninum sulfate, filtrated in vacuum, washed the ppt. with non-ionnized water for many tiroes, dried in vacuum, crushed and sifted. The extraction product is sweetsmelling with brownish yellow powder, yield is 23.54%. the protein content of product is 71.46%. The extraction product is analysed with IR. UV. HLC and elcctrophoresis etc. The effect of efficiency by extraction under different pH、temp.、 time and ratio etc. is examined.
