摘 要:随着高职教育的快速发展和我院招生规模的扩张,学院的师资队伍建设取得了一定成效,为学院的可持续发展创造了有利条件。但与国内其它高职院校相比,我院教师队伍中的专任教师职称结构、学历结构、年龄结构、双师结构、专业结构等建设有待完善。笔者结合自身多年工作经历开展分析,提出了加强教师思想政治工作、做好高层次人才和学科专业建设紧缺人才的引进、建立良好的教师培训机制、选拔培养学科带头人和骨干教师、优化师资队伍结构、建立和完善师资队伍管理等发展对策。With rapid development of vocational education and expansion of enrollment in our college, achievements have been made in building of teaching body, which create favorable conditions for college' sustainable development. However, compared with other domestic vocational colleges, the building of academic title structure of teaching stuff, education back- ground, age structure, structure of double competency teaching stuff, are relatively lagging behind. Proposals are given on de- velopment of countermeasures, and strengthening of teachers' ideas and politics. Introduction of high-level personnel are managed well, and discipline and specialty construction are done for urgently-needed talents, with further development of training mechanism on teaching faculty. Academic leaders and key teachers are selected and cultivated to optimize the structure of teaching faculty, as well as to establish and improve the management of teaching body.
