摘 要:文中针对KCl浮选过程夹带大量NaCl的问题,开展了黏度测定、有控微浮选实验等研究。结果表明:浮选液相中NaCl能增大浮选体系的黏度;浮选固相中NaCl含量由0增至75%时,产品KCl含量由99.16%降低到89.29%,收率由99.16%降低到80.05%;当NaCl的粒径小于95μm时,KCl浮选产品中NaCl夹带可达10%~15%。NaCl被KCl夹带浮出的主要原因之一是浮选固相中NaCl含量高,粒径小。The separation of NaCl and KCl is difficult as their similar properties and thus,a flotation selection method is used to separate KCl.To this method,the viscosity of the flotation solution is measured and a controlled microflotation experiment is down.The result shows that the viscosity of the flotation system can be increased by the existing of NaCl in flotation solution;the content of KCl in product will reduce from 99.16% to 89.29% and the recorery efficient of KCl will reduce from 99.16% to 80.05% when the content of NaCl increased from 0 to 75%,the content of NaCl could reach to 10%~15% in KCl products as the grain size of NaCl is less than 95μm.A key reason why NaCl floated with KCl in direct flotation process is of the high content NaCl and small grain size.
