摘　　要：目的　检测中国人胃癌组织及相应癌旁组织中的端粒酶活性，探讨将其作为胃癌肿瘤标志物的可能性。方法　采用以ＰＣＲ为基础的ＴＲＡＰ（ｔｅｌｏｍ ｅｒｅ ｒｅｐｅａｔａｍ ｐｌｉｆｉｃａｔｉｏｎ ｐｒｏｔｏｃｏｌ）方法检测了４２ 例胃癌组织、４２ 例相应癌旁组织及１ 例胃溃疡伴肠上皮化生及轻度不典型增生组织中的端粒酶活性表达。结果　４２ 例胃癌组织中，３７ 例显示端粒酶活性表达阳性，阳性率为８８１％ ；而在４２ 例相应癌旁组织中，仅有２ 例显示端粒酶活性表达阳性，１ 例胃溃疡伴肠上皮化生及轻度不典型增生组织端粒酶活性表达阳性。Objective To study the telomerase activity in chinese gastric cancer and their adjacent tissues and to explore the possibility of telomerase as a tumor biological marker. Methods Telomerase activity was analyzed in 42 primary gastric cancers and their adjacent tissues and 1 benign gastric lesion by a PCR based telomerase repeat amplification protocol assay. Results The result showed 88.1% (37/42) gastric cancerous specimens displayed telomerase activity. However, only 2 of 42 tissue samples adjacent to the gastric cancer showed telomerase activity. However our results indicated that 1 benign gastric lesion sample expressed telomerase activity Conclusions The results indicated that the detection of telomerase activity might be a useful method in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.
