吉西他滨治疗老年晚期乳腺癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察吉西他滨治疗老年晚期乳腺癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法 24例老年晚期乳腺癌均接受吉西他滨的治疗,3周为1个周期,至少应用2个周期后评价疗效和毒副反应。结果全组有效率为37.50%,临床获益率为70.83%,中位无进展生存期为8.9个月。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、消化道反应、皮疹、肝肾功能损害等。结论吉西他滨治疗老年晚期乳腺癌安全有效。Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicities of gemcitabine in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced breast cancer.Methods Twenty four elderly patients with advanced breast cancer were treated with gemcitabine,3 weeks was 1 cycle.Two cycles after the treatment,the efficacy and toxicities were evaluated.Results Of 24 cases,the overall response rate was 37.50%,the clinical benefit rate was 70.83%.The median progression free survival was 8.9 months.The main toxicities were bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reaction,rash,hepatic functional lesion and renal functional lesion.Conclusion Gemcitabine in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced breast cancer is effective and safe.
