摘 要:针对CA砂浆的泌水问题,研究流动性和材料配合比对泌水的影响规律.以泌水率为考察指标,研究了流动性、水与水泥质量比(m(W)m/(C))、减水剂与水泥质量比(m(SP)m/(C))、消泡剂与水泥质量比(m(DF)m/(C))、乳化沥青与水泥质量比(m(A)m/(C))和砂与水泥质量比(m(S)m/(C))对泌水率的影响.结果表明,流动性对CA砂浆泌水影响显著,流锥时间越短、扩展度越大,泌水率越高,且扩展度不宜大于330mm;m(W)m/(C)和m(SP)m/(C)越大,流动性越高,泌水率越高;消泡剂用量越低,含气量越高,泌水率越低;乳化沥青用量过高或过低都会增加泌水率,m(A)m/(C)为0.4时较为适宜;泌水率随砂用量的提高而增加.因此,降低流动性,减少水、减水剂、消泡剂和砂用量,以及适宜的乳化沥青用量,都有利于改善CA砂浆的泌水问题.Aimed at the bleeding problem of the CA mortar,effects of fluidity and material mix proportion on bleeding are studied.Effects of fluidity,water-cement ratio m(W)/m(C),superlasticizer-cement ratio m(SP)/m(C),defoamer-cement m(DF)/m(C),asphalt emulsion-cement ratio m(A)/m(C) and sand-cement ratio m(S)/m(C) on bleeding index are studied based on the bleeding index.Results show that the fluidity has significant influence on the bleeding,the shorter the fluidity time and the larger the spread diameter,the higher the bleeding index,and the spread diameter should not greater than 330 mm.The larger m(W)/m(C) and m(SP)/m(C),the higher the fluidity and bleeding index.The few the defoamer,the higher the air content,and the lower the bleeding index.When the incorporation of asphalt emulsion is too high or too low,the bleeding index will be higher,and m(A)/m(C) equal 0.4 is appropriate.The bleeding index increases with the increase of sand incorporation.So,the measures such as reducing fluidity,decreasing the incorporation of water,superplasticizer,defoamer and sand,and adding feasible asphalt emulsion incorporation,will benefit for decreasing the bleeding index of the CA mortar.
