摘　　要：贫困大学生就业问题值得我们关注，本文分析了高职院校贫困大学生就业难的原因，提出要从根本上解决好贫困大学生就业问题，就必须建立起政府、社会、学校的合力机制，加强相互间的沟通与合作，共同解决贫困大学生的就业难问题。The employment problems of the poor students are worth our concerns. This paper analyzed the causes for employment problems of the poor students in higher vocational colleges, and proposed that in order to fundamentally solve their employment problems, we should establish a mechanism of joint efforts from the government, the society, and the school, strengthen their communication and cooperation, and solve the employment problems of the poor students together.
