试析宁波导游的生存危机和心理状态

摘　　要：导游员生存状态包括其收入状况、社会福利状况、工作环境状况以及心理健康状况。以宁波市为个案，采用问卷调查和个案追踪的方式，对导游人员生存状态进行了广泛调研，在此基础上对导游职业认同感低和对未来丧失信心问题以及导游普遍存在的心理问题进行深入剖析，提出解决导游生存危机的对策，可作为改选导游管理工作和科学决策的参考。Tourism guide survival situation includes his earnings, social welfare, workplace surroundings and psychology health. Take city of Ningbo for an example, adopting the measure of questionnaire and case study, we widely investigate tourism guide about their survival situation. And on the basis of this＇, we have deeply analyzed the mentality of the tourism guide focusing on the problems of losing confidence in the future and lower professional identification, then have proposed the countermeasures that could solve the survival crisis of tourism guide, and all these also could be a reference to improving tourism guides＇management and scientific decision - making.
