创新高职院校职业指导工作的思考

摘　　要：高等职业院校在迅速发展的同时面临着严峻的就业压力，创新和高效地开展职业指导工作是缓解这种压力的有效途径。本文从职业指导的创新理念和职业指导的目标出发，提出了高职职业指导的内容和方法，并基于学生、学院和企业三方联动，建立高职院校职业指导工作体系。Higher vocational educational colleges have been developed quickly meanwhile being challenged by the intension of students＇employment, and creative professional guidance may solve this problem effectively. This paper analyzes the new concepts of creative professional guidance, gives the specific methods based on the interaction of students, college and enterprise and forms the working system of professional guidance.
