从经济发展的不平衡性看职教区域模式的差异——以江苏“南北合作”职教模式为例

摘  要:江苏是我国经济发展的大省之一,但存在着苏南与苏北区域经济发展的不平衡性。造成这种差异的原因有产业结构、地理位置、经济结构、国内外投资的不同等因素。苏南与苏北区域经济差异性导致了职业教育的不均衡。为了解决南北地区职业教育发展不平衡的矛盾,江苏省教育厅推行了“南北合作”职教模式,该模式具有职教资源优化组合、学生招生和学习年限的灵活性、校长教师的交流性和毕业生就业南移性等特点。Jiangsu is an economic developing province of China, but there exists a regional imbalance in economic development between southern Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu. The causes for this difference include the industrial structure, geographical location, economic structure, domestic and foreign investment and so on. The regional economic imbalance between southern Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu leads to the differences in vocational education. In order to solve the conflict of North - South imbalance in the development of vocational education, Jiangsu Provincial Education Department has implemented the " North -South cooperation" Vocational Education model, the model features the optimizing and combination of vocational education resources, flexibility of student enrollment and school years, exchange between principals and teachers, graduate'employment in the South and so on.
