用“研究性学习”的理念构建基础生物化学实验教学新体系

摘　　要：以强化学生科学精神和综合实验能力培养为目标，以研究性学习理念为指导，以综合研究性实验为载体．整合基础生物化学实验项目，更新实验内容，改革实验方法，从文献查阅、实验设计、实验准备、实验操作、结果分析、论文撰写等环节全面提高学生实践创新能力，培养学生的综合素质，提高教学质量。In order to strengthen students＂ spirits of science and comprehensive experimental ability, being guided by research learning idea, this paper took a synthetically study experiment as a carrier, integrated the basic biochemistry experiment project, renewed experiment content, reformed experiment method. Links such as document consulting, experiment designing, experiment preparing, experiment operation, result analysis and thesis writing improved the students＇practice ability to innovate all round, trained students＇synthesis quality and enhanced the quality of education.
