摘 要:目的:评价氟化钠涂膜对牙釉质抗酸溶解性作用的效果。方法:随机抽取12~13 岁无龋儿童30 人,分成氟化钠涂膜、氟化钠溶液两组,每组各15人。采用微酸溶生物活检技术从牙釉质取样,美国PE703 原子吸收分光光度计测定使用氟化钠涂膜、氟化钠溶液前、后牙釉质表层钙溶出量的变化。结果:使用氟化钠涂膜前作基线值2.05±0.77μg,使用氟化钠涂膜后1、3、6 个月钙的溶出量分别为0.46±0.21μg,0.52±0.33μg,1.14±0.22μg,均低于基线值(P< 0.01)。结论:使用氟化钠涂膜与氟化钠溶液相比氟离子与牙釉质接触和反应的时间更长,有效地降低脱矿,提高牙釉质抗酸溶解性。objective: A study was to assess effect on anti-acid solubility of NaF varnish with dental enamel. Methods: 30 caries-free children ranged in age from 12 to 13 years were divided into NaF varnish and NaF solution groups, sampled from three teeth of 16,17 and 46 with micro-acid-drop biopsy technique. The dissoved Ca from enamel was analysed with atomic absorption sectrophotometry (P-E703 USA). Results: The baseline value of NaF varnish group was 2.05±0.77μg. The amount of Ca solubility were 0.46±0.21μg,0.52±0.33μg,1.14±0.22μg,after treatment with NaF varnish 1,3 and 6 months, respectively. The all data were lower than the baseline(P<0.01). The data in NaF solution group were lower than base-line after 3 and 6 months, but no significantly difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: The time of NaF varnish contact and reaction with enamel was longer than NaF solution to increase acid-resistance and reduce demineralization effectively.
