摘　　要：目的：了解患者对全口义齿修复效果的主观评价。方法：设计一种评价全口义齿满意度的调查表，并对结果进行效度研究。结果：患者对全口义齿外观的满意度比对全口义齿的咀嚼功能恢复、稳固性等高。语言、咀嚼、稳固、舒适等方面满意度第三月比第一月高，下颌固位满意度比上颌差。结论：调查表具有良好的实用性、可靠性，适合临床科研应用。Objective: To study the patient's satisfaction with complete denture. Methods: A questionaire on the satisfaction was used in this study in order to analyse the valitity and reliability of the full denture. Results: The patients were more statisfid with the out ward apperance than with mastication and stability of full denture. Also the patient satisfaction in mastication, stability, speaking and comfort was improved more in the third month maxillary satisfaction was better than mandibular's. Conclusions: The questionaire is very practical and reliable in clinical and scientific study.
