复方珊瑚糊剂用于狗牙根管充填的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨复方珊瑚糊剂根管治疗后的愈合方式。方法：采用复方珊瑚糊剂作成年狗牙根充实验，与牙胶尖＋ 氧化锌糊剂及空白组对照，分别于２、４、１２、２４ 周取材作组织学观察。结果：复方珊瑚糊剂组尖周早期炎症较轻，晚期有大量新生牙槽骨形成，完全封闭根尖孔，并向根管内壁爬行生长。结论：该材料具有无毒，消毒作用，且有良好的生物相容性和骨引导能力。Objective: To investigate the healing process of the canal therapy with coral paste. Methods: The canal filing trials were performed on adult dogs. The animals were killed after 2, 4, 12, 24 week and were studied with histological technique.Results: There were gently inflammation in early stage in the coral paste group. The apical foramen were sealed by the alveolar bone regeneration toward canal in the late stage.Conclusions: This no-toxic and antibacterial material demonstrated good biocompatibility and osteoconductivity and the healing process of canal thearpy was canal system sealed by alveolar bone regeneration.
