广东高要与吴川产广藿香提取物对肠道致病菌抗菌作用的比较研究

摘　　要：采用体外抗菌试验测试了高要和吴川产广藿香水提取物与挥发油对常见肠道致病菌的最小抑菌浓度。结果表明,广藿香水提物和挥发油对沙门菌、大肠杆菌、志贺菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等常见肠道致病菌均有一定的抑制作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用明显强于肠道杆菌(P<0.01)。而且,高要广藿香水提物对肠道致病菌的抑菌作用明显强于吴川广藿香(P<0.01)。The results of antimicrobial test in vitro of water-extracts and volatile oil of the Herba Pogostemonis shown that the water-extracts posses some inhibitory activity on all the tested bacteria, including Salmonella, Escherichia coli, Shigella flexneri and Staphylococcus aureus, while inhibition to S.aureus is more stronger than to Enterobacteriaceae (P < 0.01) .In addition, the activity of anti-enteropathogens of water-extracts of the herb collected from Gaoyao county is more stronger than of the herb collected from Wuchuan county (P< 0.01) .
