硬脑膜微血管阴离子场与通透性关系超微结构

摘  要:目的:探讨硬脑膜神经源性炎发病过程中血管内皮细胞阴离子场的变化及其与血管通透性的关系。方法:以P物质静脉注射制备SD大鼠硬脑膜神经源性失,用阳离子胶体金做为探针标记硬脑膜开放血管内皮细胞表面的阴离子场,并在电子显微镜下计数标记密度,比较不同时相组和对照组间标记密度。结果;硬脑膜血管内皮细胞表面可见阳离子胶体金标记颗粒,但注射SP后10分钟、20分钟和对照组间阳离子胶体金标记无显著差异。结论:用阳离子胶体金标记技术可显示硬脑膜血管内皮细胞表面存在阴离子场,但在SP诱导的硬脑膜神经炎发病过程中这种阴离子场未见显著变化。To study changes of the anionic sites of vascular endothelial cells during the pathogenic processing of dural neurogenic inflammation, and its relation with vascular permeability. Methods: Rat dural neurogenic inflammation was created by injecting with P Substance (SP) intravenously and the anionic sites on the surface of dural opening vascular endothelial cells were labelled with cationic colloidal gold(CCG) as probe. The marking density was counted with electronmicroscopy. Results: CCG labelling particles could be seen on the surface of dural vascular endothelial cells, but no significant difference was observed between them 10, 20 minutes after SP injection in the control group. Conclusion: The existence of the anionic sites of the surface of dural vascular endothelial cells could be proved with CCG marking technique, but there seemed no significant changes during the pathogenic procession of the SP induced dural neuro- genic inflammation, indicated that the anionic sites were not important factors in the elevation of vascular permeability in dural neurogenic inflammation.
