摘  要:在研究跨文化交际能力内涵的基础上,探究了不同阶段跨文化交际能力发展的特点,并结合相关理论,探讨了适合当今财经类院校商务人才跨文化交际能力培养的教学改革和创新问题。After China's entrance to WTO, its contacts with world increase by days, which means its needs to the intemational business personnel qualified for the cross-culture communication and management boost dramatically. Based on the characteristics of different phases in the development of cross-culture ability and their corresponding cognitive features, this paper tries to explore and propose the teaching strategies and contents on cultivation of the ability in cross-culture which is suited to the universities of finance and economics, and turns them into the current teaching practice as well.
