基于校友数据库的高校人才培养质量控制系统模型

摘　　要：提升教育质量是学校培养人才的核心和关键,但如何促进学校人才培养质量的提高,则见仁见智。本文将系统控制思想引入高校人才培养质量保障的研究领域,认为校友反馈信息是高校人才培养质量改进的重要资源,从而在引入系统控制模型的基础上,对其中的反馈单元——校友数据库在整个闭环控制系统中的地位及其建立、应用等进行了详细的诠释和分析。最后,通过校友数据库信息的提炼,基于状态变量相关推导,本文对仿真数据进行分析和归纳,并对本控制系统的一些具体应用方法做了探讨。Quality assurance and improvement are critical to higher education;however,the debate on how to improve the quality of education still rages on in academic field.This paper has introduced the system control ideas into the research area in the quality assurance of talents in universities,proposing that the alumni database is the key source to improve talents＇ cultivation qualities.Based on the system control mode,it analyzes and explains feedback unit of the database in detail,which includes the status,establishment and applications of the database in the completely closed loop control system.In the end,this paper analyzes and classifies the simulation data from the alumni database by adopting the method of state variable derivation,and discusses some specific application methods of this control system.
