摘　　要：以广东省产业和人力资源双转移为背景,使用系统动力学方法,对东莞市的产业中涉及的各个因素进行相关分析。在此基础上,探索在广东省双转移大环境下,分析东莞市产业发展的状况,为产业升级提供理论指导。通过vensim软件进行分析,寻找促进东莞市产业升级的关键因素。This article is the correlation analysis of the involved factors in the industry in Dongguan city based on the local background of industries and human resources by employing system dynamics method. It shows the theoretical guid- ance for industrial upgrading by the way of exploring the double transfer system environment in Guangdong province and analyzes current industry development in Dongguan city. Through the analysis of vensim software, we can find the key factors for the industry updating in Dongguan city.
