群外企业加入物流集群的创新行为激励机制研究

摘　　要：介绍国内物流集群发展的现状,分析群外企业加入物流集群这个创新过程的涌现特性。基于复杂适应系统(CAS)理论,构建群外企业加入物流集群创新行为的刺激—反应模型,对群外企业加入物流集群的创新行为模式进行了说明。并在此基础上基于CAS理论的相关内容,总结群外企业加入物流集群的激励因素,并进一步结合该刺激—反映模型深入剖析这些激励因素的作用路径。This paper introduces the current situation of the development of domestic logistics cluster, and analyses the emerging characteristics during the course that the logistics outside join the logistics cluster. Based on complex adaptive system （CAS） theory, this paper constructs the stimulus - response model which shows how the logistics outside join the logistics cluster, and describes the process. On this basis, this paper summarizes the incentive factors which influence the process that the logistics outside join the cluster. Furthermore, it dissects their roles in the path in depth according to the integration of the stimulus - response model. It is hoped that the paper could offer some theoretical support to the related study of the innovation behavior of logistics cluster.
